Roll out your mat and get ready to flow. This will be our temporary home until we can get back on the mat together. As always, class will begin with our sharing of our current state (mind, body, spirit), follows by a brief Dharma talk, focused pranayama (grounding breath practice), gentle earth-bound postures to awaken to our current reality of being safe and sound, pranayama asana (moving breath meditation), vinyasa variations to help prana flow freely, a heart opener, an inversion of choice and finally sivasana. All you need is a mat and an open mind and heart. I will take care of the rest - and you during this crazy time. Yoga will keep us connected even with appropriate social distancing.
