Roll out your mat and get ready to flow. This will be our temporary home until we can get back on the mat together. As always, class will begin with our sharing of our current state (mind, body, spirit), follows by a brief Dharma talk, focused pranayama (grounding breath practice), gentle earth-bound postures to awaken to our current reality of being safe and sound, pranayama asana (moving breath meditation), vinyasa variations to help prana flow freely, a heart opener, an inversion of choice and finally sivasana.
Honor System: If you cannot afford to pay, don't. Come and practice anyway... YOU, us, our sacred connection to yoga is more important than your money.
